Most ergonomic keyboard layouts fall into two categories: unibody (or Alice) and split. The former is a single board with the two halves of the keys rotated about 30 degrees apart at the bottom. There are a couple of small, utilitarian storage bins mounted unobtrusively on one side of the desk. They’re great for holding my wallet and glasses and things like that.
